Risk industry experts to gather in Madrid for ARC 2003

Algorithmics Incorporated, a world leader in enterprise risk management solutions, has announced that their annual Algorithmics Risk Conference (ARC) will be held in Madrid, Spain from May 6 to 9, 2003.

ARC is the flagship conference of the Algorithmics conference series. Launched in 1998, ARC brings together a diverse group of risk professionals, IT experts, media, analysts and technology partners to discuss some of the most fundamental issues in the risk management industry. Ernst and Young are Gold Sponsors of the event, underscoring their commitment in the field of enterprise risk management.

Over 250 people are expected to attend the event. Conference presentations will bring together known experts in the industry to discuss the business, technological and regulatory considerations in the move towards a standard risk architecture. Sessions will address the business and regulatory drivers in risk management, new developments in real-time exposure analytics, required criteria for a standard risk architecture, and the evolving regulatory requirements brought on by the Basel Accord.
