Company Director and Officer
Yaacov Mutnikas oversees corporate initiatives as Company Director and Officer for Algorithmics. In his previous position as Chief Technology Officer, Yaacov was responsible for all aspects of creating products for the firm, including research, financial architecture and engineering, software development, product management/product architecture and business development. Since joining Algorithmics in 1996, Yaacov has held various roles including Managing Director of Algorithmics' EMEA and South African operations, and Vice President, Development.
Yaacov has a solid background in the financial services and software industries. From 1985 to 1992, he simultaneously held the position of Managing Director at two South African financial services technology companies, where he was responsible for financial engineering, research, development and overall architecture, as well as general management and operations.
