Katherine Faichnie is Senior Vice President, Operations and Administration at Algorithmics where she is responsible for Human Resources, Information Technology and Facilities. With over 20 years of industry experience, Katherine has developed extensive skills and insight to ensure that the human and technical infrastructure within Algorithmics has the capability to meet current and future challenges.
Prior to joining Algorithmics, Katherine was the Vice President of Human Resources at Swiss Re, and has held various infrastructure positions at Lincoln Re. including VP, Human Resources & Support Services. Katherine received a Bsc in Accounting from Indiana University, holds a Global Professional Human Resources designation, and has achieved a Certified Public Accountant designation.
